Featuring our first Wellness Weekend Workshop! We are teaming up with The Soulful Living Academy for this awesome event.

With all the craziness going on in our lives, sometimes the hardest thing to do is find time for ourselves. I truly believe that if you get your foundations right, then you can tackle anything! 

In this half day workshop we will tackle the 3 pillars of wellness: sleep, nutrition and stress.

What to expect:

  • Gentle yoga to start the workshop with Laura B.

  • Delicious and nutritious lunch by Daily Palette

  • Kokedama (Japanese Moss Ball) Making with Just Plants

  • Discussions and open conversations about the three pillars of wellness incorporated through these activities

  • Free drink at Moja Coffee during break

  • Take home loot bag

All materials and supplies will be provided. Lunch will have options for all dietary restrictions. No experience needed, everyone is always welcome!
